- Quiet Hours are 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM!
- No ariel fireworks are permitted on the property.
- All new camping trailers must be approved by management.
- Bicycles must have a light and reflectors if riding at night.
- Storage shed will not extend past your campsite. No bigger than 100 sq. ft.
- No enclosed porches. Porch standards are listed on the 2nd page of these rules
- All visitors must register in the office. Overnight guests will be charged a fee. No additional tents or trailers are allowed on permanent sites without registration
- Notify management of any persons other than the owner using your trailer.
- Cutting of timber or trees is forbidden at any time without permission. Any clotheslines or wire attached to trees must be loose and have blocks between the tree and wire or clothesline.
- All pets must be kept on a leash, and you must clean up after them.
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted on sites only.
- No Drugs are permitted in camp.
- If the police are called to your campsite for any disturbance, you are subject to eviction.
- No shooting of explosives of any kind. You will be held responsible for any damage or injury that occurs.
- No digging holes in the campground without permission.
- No washing vehicles.
- No washing clothes, dishes, or utensils in the bathhouse.
- All garbage must be placed in dumpsters.
- Willful misconduct will not be tolerated and will be handled through camp management. You, as our registered camper, will be held responsible for your family, friends, and visitors at all times. If you are evicted or camping privileges are revoked, there will be NO refund.
Riding Rules:
No one under 18 is permitted to operate a motorized vehicle in camp or on Wertz property.
The vehicle speed limit is 5 mph. If your vehicle is kicking up dust you are going too fast. If you are told to slow down, please slow down.
Riding hours for ATV’s, UTV’s, ORV’s, motorcycles and go-karts are 9:00 am until dusk or 9:00 pm whichever comes first.
Golf Carts Only:
No one under 18 is permitted to operate a motorized vehicle in camp or on Wertz property.
Riding hours for golf carts are 9:00 am until dusk or 9:00 pm, whichever comes first.
You may use your golf cart to attend a camp function or travel from campsite to campsite from dusk until quiet time at 11:00 pm. Golf carts must have forward lighting and rear reflectors to be used after dusk. No lapping or just riding around.
Fishing:
We are a stock trout river. You must have a license, as well as, a trout stamp to fish in the river. This excludes our private fishing derby for kids.
